Refund Time Frame

Customers can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Products and Services

Our policy allows for refund of downloadable products within a specified time frame. Services rendered are non-refundable once delivered. Custom web design, marketing services, branding services, and advertising services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a refund is issued, customers have the moral obligation to delete the plugin/component immediately.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of approving the refund request.

Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit, which can be spent in our online extension store.
